We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ALTairEGO. If for any reason you are not, you can return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the cushions are in their original, unused condition without any signs of damage or wear.
Return Conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and free from any signs of use.
- A repacking fee will be applied to cover packaging and handling costs.
- Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as requested.
Exceptions:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or modified in any way are not eligible for returns.
